    The Ontario Fire Administration Inc. Fire Administration Aptitude Test (OFAI FACT) is the mandatory written screening exam overseen by the OAFC. It evaluates a candidate's reading, writing, mathematical reasoning, and, most importantly, situational judgment against a rigid competency framework required for working in Ontario fire departments.
